• About the Society

    The Society for Song, Yuan, and Conquest Dynasties Studies is an international society committed to supporting the study of Chinese as well as Khitan, Jurchen, Tangut, and Mongol-history, society, and culture from the founding of the Liao and Song dynasties in the tenth century to the end of the Yuan dynasty in the mid-fourteenth century. The Society was incorporated as a nonprofit corporation in California in 2011 and has been granted federal 501(c)3 nonprofit status.
